By year 10, it's projected it over 400,000.

By year 30,

If we look at those numbers in isolation,
everyone should pull over their car and buy JEPQ right now.
But we have to exercise extreme restraint and look under the hood.
How is JEP Morgan magically generating a 10% cash yield on the NASDAQ 100?
Apple and Nvidia do not pay 10% dividends.
They pay practically nothing.
Where's the money coming from?
Financial engineering.
They generate cash by writing or selling
out of the money call options on the NASDAQ 100.
OK, we need to completely unpack this.
Because writing out of the money covered calls
sounds like Wall Street Wizardry.
What does this mean mechanically?
Let's use a tangible analogy.
Imagine you own a house worth $500,000.
A speculator knocks on your door and says,
I'll give you $10,000 in cold hard cash today
if you sign a contract promising to sell me this house
for $550,000 anytime in the next 30 days.
OK, I mean, I take the 10 grand.
That's free money.
That's the premium, the yield.
Exactly.
Now scenario A, the housing market stays flat.
The 30 days expire.
The speculator walks away.
You keep your house and you keep the 10 grand.
You generated yield out of thin air.
That sounds like a cheat code for wealth.
In a flat market, it is.
But scenario B, a massive tech company,
announces their new headquarters across the street.
Your house value skyrockets to $700,000 overnight.
